All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations will not be accepted due to the nature of my products. Each item is slowly handcrafted and I am not responsible for lack of commitment. Please make sure you are absolutly in love with an item before purchasing. I want my patrons to feel they've found something that spoke to them and can enjoy for a long time, if not a lifetime.
Cherry Leopard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order leaves my hands, I cannot control how carriers handle the items.
Refunds or replacements will not be given for packages lost in transit or have been marked as delivered. Refunds cannot be issued for packages that arrive later than expected due to the inclement weather or other unexpected delays that are out of my control.
Shipping
Each piece is made-to-order once you have placed your order. Once payment is received, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your item(s) to be made.
All orders are shipped via USPS flat rate shipping.
Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, my hands, so please be patient. I am also a mother, and my child will always take precedent. He is my drive to open this shop. Thank you for understanding. <3
Made-to-Order items ensure that I have the materials readily available to make the piece(s) you choose. If I don't have enough of certain elements I will mark the item(s) 'out of stock'. Depending on supply stock, I may be able to recreate something using similar components. That being said, since all of my pieces are handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance but I will always do my best to not stray too far from original design.

I ship to the address provided. Cherry Leopard is not responsible for lost or returned packages. Customers will have to pay for additional shipping to have package shipped out again.
About The Materials
Most of the items listed are made with 100% stainless steel. If there are elements that are of a different material, it will say so in the description.
Stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic, but may contain small traces of nickel. If you have a nickel allergy, please keep this in mind.
Stainless jewelry can be worn in water and will never rust, tarnish, or corrode.
With proper care, your pieces can last a lifetime!
To wash your jewelry, just use soap and water. <3
